Be honest with me, guys.

If there were a 2.0 update from fnwFroggy Vendetta with additional content...

would you be willing to wait forever for it to arrive?


Lately I've been a bit exhausted with my project work, and I'm surprised that there are such damn brilliant and amazing people who have beaten the hardest challenges in this whole game, like night 6

nd some people are currently trying to get through Night 2 because they still don't know how to defend themselves against the characters.

Since the day the game was released, many people have wanted to complete it 100%, and they've frankly shown that the impossible can be achieved.


Many people have said that this game is awesome and has great potential and a bright future; it's visually and aurally appealing, has original mechanics, and is challenging.

But many people have said that the experience ends up being ruined by these simple reasons, and that they're present in all my games, UNFORTUNATELY :(

And not only that, but also because people know nothing about how to avoid the characters, their poor AI controls, and why we're a peasant. It's all a complete mess.


Although I haven't been very active in fixing or doing anything else on this game, it's somewhat neglected compared to five years ago when it was supposedly at its peak of popularity.

Currently, this game is mostly forgotten due to a lack of support from the teams, and I usually end up doing most of the work myself. I typically work on a game for these reasons:

1) It might have the potential to be a good project and be worth working on.

2) Its success.


And sadly, I ended up wasting my time on a project that turned out to be half garbage, since it didn't attract anyone's attention and was surpassed by other fangames like Five New-Flanged Nights or even Chaves Nightmares. To be honest, those are beautiful, though not scary.

And these days, almost nobody even remembers Five Nights with Froggy Vendetta, And part of its being forgotten is because it didn't take advantage of the hype surrounding it at the time, and because nobody was 100% interested in the project, abandoning me in the process. And sometimes this lack of success makes me wonder if the project is worth getting a 2.0 version or not, since even one of the developers said it wouldn't benefit him in any way, and honestly, sometimes I think the same.


When I was developing it, I was incredibly happy with all the progress I made in just five months of hard work. However, reality dealt me ​​a harsh blow to my ego when I learned that half the people weren't interested in the project or in what I was doing to improve it.

And that discouraged me from continuing, since I could have helped my family with university expenses and studied instead of doing this. I feel disappointed that this project, which people were so excited about, failed by 50%.

IDK if you want me to include the extra modes I have or had planned for 2.0, like:

  • Practice Mode

  • Mansion Night (A night where we can move around the mansion avoiding the characters and this will help us increase the number of inventory counters)

  • Complete Secret Cinematics and VHS

  • 5 remaining challenges

  • Gamejolt's Achievements

  • Content removed from the game (Extras)

  • Night 8 (Boss Fight + Al Toys 20)

  • Better Optimization: Android Version

  • iOs port for iPhone and MacOs

  • Bug Fixes
