It was my birthday yesterday, so I made myself a shoofly pie! How many of you guys have tried this one before? It is molasses delicious!
This historic Brooklyn based cake recipe is still alive and well! It is an old fashioned recipe, so lots of boiling water and coco powder, but it is 100% worth the work. Also called Ebinger's Cake. Has anyone even heard of it or tried it?
