Beta version has arrived! Devlog #9

Hi everyone!

Well… I said v1.0.0 would take days but it is here!
Hypersphere is now in Beta stage!

It’s the biggest update yet and… It adds lots of new stuff!

Changelog:

  • New Out Of Memory level

  • Added Game Jolt API support with twelve trophies to unlock

  • Perfomance improvements

  • New ‘continue rotating’ gamemode

  • Bugfixes

  • Tweaks

  • Improved the HTML5 version to work better on every operating system

  • Added cool ‘explosion’ effect when a bullet collides with the sphere

  • Changed (again) all the icons’ design to make them cool and colorful

As this big update may contain bugs I’ll probably upload v1.0.1 with bugfixes soon but I’ll have to look for every issue, before.

Also v1.1.0 will include a level editor but no new levels as I think it’s hard even to complete the first three ones.

I’m working on an Android version of the game, too but nothing is sure.

More info soon!

We are under attack!

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Family band complete!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Demonstration of the spells and their effects :)!

New challenges & new effects!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
