Hey, as you’ve probably noticed, the game has gone through a huge transformation since the open beta demo. It’s really starting to stand on its own and we’re only moving forward, getting better and better until we reach the full game, like an AAA studio. I want to promise you that I’m putting everything into this game, learning from past mistakes, and adapting to the players. I’d also be really grateful if we could hit 1k followers on the game page it’s already getting close.

Now, for some news. There’s one thing I can’t reveal yet, but you’ll find out in time, haha. Everything else I can share, so let’s start with the story, because there’s a lot we haven’t explained and players noticed that we’ve made some changes, lol. Clara is a young girl who just turned 18. She wants to be rich, so she joins the mafia, where James Voss is present, and she becomes wealthy. The game begins when the mafia sees an advertisement claiming a house is haunted and promising a cash reward to whoever proves it. Of course, the ad is fake. It was put up by Freddy, who needs a perfect victim to create a new sample and mutate even further. The mafia sends Clara there, and it turns out she’s exactly what he needs.

During gameplay, you’ll explore a truly atmospheric and terrifying house filled with notes and puzzles. But it’s not that simple. Freddy is watching Clara and trying to lure her into his lair to create the sample. He is very intelligent, able to track you, remember where you spend most of your time in the house, and memorize common paths players take.

Early on, you can find an axe to protect yourself and parry Freddy, which will stun him. Later, you’ll find a gun. You can upgrade both the axe and the gun in terms of power and durability. The game also features excellent voice acting, including Clara’s lines, and even small items have voice cues, making the world feel alive instead of artificial. You can switch between first person and third person perspectives in the settings, and later you’ll even get two perspectives Clara’s and James’s. After finishing their stories, you play as Mike, who also fell for the ad, and his story is already familiar to you.

I’ve worked hard to create an incredible atmosphere in the house with sounds and environmental effects, and I’m really proud of it. The game lets you earn achievements by logging in with your Game Jolt token, as well as unique items after completing the game. There are several difficulty levels to choose from, with one unlocking after finishing the game. Many fun post game features have been added to keep the experience fresh, so the game won’t get boring quickly. We’re also working on animations at the level of AAA studios. Wait a little longer and you’ll see just how strong the direction of this game is going.
