Getting sick of all of these updates? TOO BAD!

Starting from version 1.13.18 onward, 1920x1080 users are no longer the only ones who can enjoy those gorgeous borders without having to deal with this abomination.

Yup, it took THREE YEARS but my monkey brain has FINALLY managed to fix the surface scaling code for it to draw on practically any 16:9 resolutions (including those weird ones like 1366x768 etc).

A fix will also be on its way for NXRUNE Chapter 1&2 and NXRUNE (is there even anyone who still plays this old SURVEY_PROGRAM demo? lmao).
