Progress Video From 6/6/26: Progress on my very first game so far! All of this was done last week. Never done anything like this before so, it may not be much but I'm still proud of it :]


Using Godot I think I've gotten some basics down about how stuff works; level building and implementing, enemy configuration (which took a while to figure out), player stuff, UI, etc. This is definitely just the beginning, and I plan to add much much more. What's not featured in the video is some tutorial text I added on, and an in-progress third level. Eventually I hope to add some music and extra gimmicks as well!

On a side note, if anyone has any Godot tutorials they recommend, please do share! I still need to figure out certain things like collectibles carrying over between levels and how to properly use the 'call_deferred' command, which is particularly giving me trouble.
