The temperature mechanic. If it drops to 0, you die from the cold; if it reaches 50, you die from the heat. Additionally, temperature also affects certain animatronics that enter the room and will only leave when the temperature is set correctly.

Kate's programming is fully complete, working perfectly with no errors. It took some effort to figure out how to fix certain bugs, but everything turned out well in the end.
