First of all, thank you so much to everyone who has donated or shared Buddy's GoFundMe. Your support genuinely means everything to us.

We were finally able to take him to the vet. The good news is that our worries about him losing weight turned out to be false—he's actually a little overweight!

Unfortunately, the bad news is that things are worse than we expected with his ears. His left ear is so inflamed that the vet couldn't even examine the ear canal, and we also found out that his right ear is already showing early signs of infection.

Buddy is now on medication that we have to apply twice a day, and he'll be going back to the vet on Monday for another examination. The first visit and medication have already cost us €72, and there will be more expenses as we continue his treatment.

We're hopeful that with the right care he'll recover, and we'll keep everyone updated on his progress.
