Yellow block would not come up in randomizer
Main Menu/Try Again/Submit button would not appear if you choose Main Menu then played the game again.

This patch should fixed the graphical issues when the game window is scaled.
Added Main Menu, and the ability to choose your ship which will be represented in the game.
You can now play in your browser with HTML5 edition.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
