LISA: The Careful

LISA: The Careful is cancelled as a fangame. Yes, put some fucking emphasis into "As a fangame" cause you'll be needing it. Careful is rebranding and will be completely detached from LISA IP. Big news, I know, if you followed Careful due to it being a fangame of LISA, feel free to unfollow, it would be an understandable reaction, but know that the page will keep on the regular activity, month reports, silly posting, the casual looksies, and Careful will keep being developed, just not as a LISA fangame. It will still be free in release, just in case you were worried about that, every single LISA asset will be discarded and replaced with original ones, like we've been doing this past half month since we decided about the rebranding.

Careful RPG: Wasteland Surgeon

Banger name, isn't it?, Shit I sure hope so. Universe will be changed to an original one, but still apocalyptic, so the premise is somewhat the same still, as well as most of the story since, even in the very beginning Careful had a really independent plot to LISA franchise, so story will not be a problem. New mechanics will be added, some changes in how some stats work, that kind of thing, side scroll type of movement though, will remain. This is honestly a big step and I'm excited about what's to come, since now I have much more creative freedom on the world itself and how some stuff works, so id advice you to stick around to see what we're brewing, if you feel like it, of course.

The Other Stuff

Page will be updated in the coming days with more accurate description of the game, and demo will be taken out of the page, as it no longer represents the game we are developing now, you'll have 2 days if you want to download it since it will be basically lost media. The big revamp was fairly advanced on progress, but now we have a lot more of work to do due to the rebranding, so expect more time until the definitive act 0 comes out.

Month Report

Now, what better time to do the month report other than the post where we announce a rebranding?, Take this as the first month report of Careful RPG: Wasteland Surgeon. Other than the rebranding process, we still did some progress with the big revamp contents as well. Cave tileset has been completely replaced with a new one, which hopefully, looks a bit better. Take a look baby.
