CASINO CASUALTY - UPDATE VERSION 1.0.8 - AVAILABLE NOW

Fixes:

  • Collision between the pinball and the flippers should be largely improved.

  • General polish it's been a while I don't keep track of this stuff

  • Menu alignments have been adjusted to work better with ultrawide monitors. I think. I don't have one.

Changes:

  • The Blackjack HUD has been updated, and the wager adjustment menu has been added to it.

  • The slot machine texture has been changed slightly.

    • I genuinely had no idea that was a thing. Sorry

  • To assist with balancing and to combat getting overwhelmed by threats activating all at once, certain enemies now check if other enemies in their group are already attempting an attack. If 3 of them are already attempting an attack, then the 4th will delay their attack for some time until one of them has been dealt with. The enemies affected by this change are as follows:

    • Rosetta Rabbit

    • Miss Tickle

    • Red Rover

    • The Hanged Man

      • For example, if the Crooked Man attempts to autoplay the Gachaclaw, but Rosetta, Miss Tickle, and Rover are already attacking, then the Hanged Man will wait for an opening before attacking, giving the player some room to breathe without completely undoing the stress and management aspects of the game.

  • The gameplay unlocks/modifiers menu has been added to the Mode Selection menu.

Additions:

  • 4 new unlocks/modifiers have been added. I was originally planning on saving these for the Steam release/update, but, I don't feel like disabling them, and they all (in testing) work pretty well, so. Have at 'em, you earned it.

If something isn't listed, I apologize. Been working off and on on the new content for the game, so I'm bound to miss a few things.

Making steady progress on all the new content and Quality of Life changes for Casino Casualty's upcoming Steam release. Aiming for February, ideally, but not setting any firm dates yet.

How do we feel about gambling in our horror games

(We have pinball, too, but that's for later)

September 13th. For real this time.

Oops, I did it again.

I really want to do a FNaF World game.

Well, @gamejolt decided this game is a fangame (which, while it is heavily inspired by what a series I love used to be, it is not a fangame, there are no direct connections to it), so, this game may not have a release on Gamejolt after all. Neat.

The game page for my next game release, the FNaF-inspired "CASINO CASUALTY", is live! It is set to release on September 13th, should everything go according to plan.

I have started working on a sort of a personal game jam. Expect a new, paid game release by the 20th. Inspired by #fnaf both visually and gameplay-wise but otherwise unrelated.

Just kinda needed a break from other projects.

Pic related.

Have another sneak preview at one of the other cast members of my upcoming #fnaf inspired game.

Still on schedule to release on the 20th.

No character teasers today, so have a peek at the work-in-progress environment instead.

After a few slight delays, #CasinoCasualty will be released before the end of the month.
