Cube's speed has been slightly decreased;
TS15's spawn time has been slightly increased;
TS28's camera jumpscare timer has been slightly increased.
(meaning you have a bit more time now to switch cameras before getting jumpscared)
Keep in mind that TS28's hall jumpscare timer still remains the same;
"Stare" Clone's spawn time has been slightly increased;
Power drain is now slightly slower on Night 6 and the N6 variant Custom Night
Nerfed power drain significantly more for Arcade Mode
(27 minute and 36 minute marks shouldn't make players rip their hair out anymore)

(CDH4) Released v1.1.1, which recodes the "soft reset" mechanic in Arcade Mode (because the old code kept breaking the logic, causing the "soft reset" to randomly not happen)
