This is mostly a bugfix release for patients getting stuck.

Added more farmlands
Bugfixes
Patients now think they are a bit bigger in the hope they wont get stuck as much as they did
Let the AI Cars know that ambulances are a thing in the hope they crash less
UI
Added an game option where you can change the currency and your starting money for a more challenging or easier game
We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
