Yes, Max will be transformed (Sometimes.) in Chapter 2. This was put in to make FNaPMD at least somewhat like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon where people get transformed into Pokemon. (Changed Max is a Pikachu just made to look unique as he has claws,an aqua tail tip, and blue ear tips.)
