B3ndy can appear when putting down either the Ground or Vent Cameras. In either case, you only have a short amount of time to get rid of him. Click until he has fully disappeared. If he's still there and translucent, no matter how slightly, he will still kill you when his timer runs out.
Don't let the ink machine's abomination achieve its goal.
