Joana is a hard worker woman who work as waitress of the small family business pub Trago.

I wanted her to look like a regular middle aged woman. The kind of woman who is hardly impressed about anything because she has seen a lot in her life.
An important point was to run away from ‘hot waitress’ stereotype that happens to be in every hollywood movie. Actually I wanted a more realistic scenario for small pub at a forgotten side of the city.
