Brussel.s the Great and Mighty Defender of Subworld is insistent he is what his title proclaims to be. Of course he’s not very forthcoming as to who gave him the title in the first place. On the outset he more or less presents himself as a layabout fool. Not taking his self proclaim duties too seriously. That said, his abilities as a fighter are renowned and the locals treat him with way more respect than he gives back, with jokes and innuendos. But that’s not a bad thing in many ways. As like everyone around him he knows he is a fictional character in a broken world, maybe his attitude is all he can cope with.

Or maybe there is much more to Brussels than meets the eye.
