New CWD update

New Customize Menu
New Story Menu
Generation Fixes
Fix enemies spawning too close or too far away
fix when being killed you cant use cards
rework enemy AI for better stealth
Crouch can now be used to hide under tables
crouch sounds
new song "Desperate" added
change the step sound effect rate
fix reset the ability bar on death
Add loading icon
cut away way earlyier on death
fix keyboard and controller swapping
fix while moving messes up the cards screen on controller
