There seems to be a clear misunderstanding about the last devlog that I've posted:
I never made a "competition" between Jayfer and Martin, I never told them to "develop two different versions".
Jayfer was always the programmer for the game, but at a certain point in development he had to go on hiatus and we all agreed that Martin would take over.
Some time later, though, Martin told me that he "couldn't work with Jayfer's code" (which is completely understandable) and that he was up to recode the whole thing, although I never told him to do so.
During beta testing we had multiple people saying that Martin's version was buggy and broken, while Jayfer's was more polished and balanced.
We decided to go back to Jayfer's version, but we obviously didn't want any of Martin's work to be wasted, so we mixed them (which is something we all agreed on).
THAT is where the "two versions" thing comes from, I don't mistreat any of my team members.
I could've worded the devlog better and I apologise for that, but please don't go out of your way to spread misinformation.
