my camera panel for some reason changes it's positioning, half way though, and it's getting on my nerves, I'll try to fix it

i made a slight move animation, which took me 1 or 2 days to make :)
This image that at the time this is posted is basically all over the place is an idle position for the menu, since I'm lazy, I'm using this for everything for now.
