Contest progress

This is my first game using Unity, so I spent quite a bit of time in tutorials getting the hang of it all (I used the “rocket5studios.com” 2d tutorials for anyone interested).

I’m not sure how long I’ve been working on this game now, since the learning started blurring with development - but I’m impressed with the capabilities of Unity and the speed of development.

I was worried I wouldn’t finish this game on time, but it looks like I might even have time to polish it a bit. :D

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
