(CDH4) Released v1.1.1, which recodes the "soft reset" mechanic in Arcade Mode (because the old code kept breaking the logic, causing the "soft reset" to randomly not happen)

Wanted to share this scroll bar thing I have been tinkering with inside Clickteam Fusion.
