With crappy rain weather the past week, I have managed to crunch in loads of development hours. Here’s what’s I’ve been doing:
Massive Debugging + Updating: Spent hours upon hours of tedious replays to find any possible bugs and what can improve (ex: SE). A closed beta will soon be in motion. Players for closed beta have already been selected. (Lol sorry!)
Credits + Post-Credit Ending: Although there will be three alternative endings, all post credits scenes are the same. More or less, the post-credit ending are just my closing statements towards those who finish my game.
Collecting Secret: Seeing that my game is targeted to be ~1 hour long, I’ve decided to add collectables for those who enjoy exploration. They will be my type of gratitude/achievement system for taking the extra step from just the main plot-line. The player’s reward comes at the absolute ending, past credits and whatnot.Conclusively, release date is expected to be towards the end of July. More info coming. A VLog update about Caster’s Trap is planned for via my YouTube channel (selectable through homepage). Til then, I look forwards to the ultimate release of my game. Latter guys!
