Dr. Connors is a brilliant biologist who lost his arm while working as a surgeon in the Sakuramento Jieitai He got a cybernetic arm to replace it, but always wished he had his real arm back. He found work as a biologist at HTA, studying cell regeneration with his wife Martha. He used it to create a formula that is capable of regrowing mobian tissue. He experimented on himself to regrow his missing arm, but he transformed into a massive mutant monster… or rather, Jonah would refer to him as “Lizard”. Lizard possesses a primitive intellect and a thick alligator-like hide, along with a 6.5 foot tail capable of whipping at speeds in excess of 70 mph. With Brandon’s help, he and Martha created a cure that would change him back. It worked, but unfortunately, it also left side effects of the transformation. But don't worry, he's back normal now.
