I am aware that there is a skill builder in TSB, im not using that becouse I don't feel like it

Im also gonna base the attacks off of different attacks that Cyon does in the counter AU

Cyon is a close attacks and range attacks based character and being the 4th character to get a melee weapon, The blade of vengeance

Passive: whenever the player gets a kill using Cyon his hands and the blade of vengeance are both covered in electricity, kinda like what happends with atomic samurai

Spawn animation: Cyon falls out of a portal and lands on all fours before getting up

Attack one, Dark dash: Cyon crouchs on the ground and dashs forward, if the attack lands Cyon throws 2 punches and one kick at the end, dealing 20 damage, it can also pick up any player who are in a state of ragdoll, the finisher causes Cyon to uppercut, launching the opponent in the air

Attack two, Department Destruction: Cyon dashs up and plummets to the ground, stabbing the ground, causing a small crater, anyone within the blast radius will take 5 damage and anyone hit directly by the attack will take 20 damage, the finisher causes a animation to play, Cyon summons multiple katanas behind him in the air and they all get sent to the opponent who was after by the attack

attack 3, eletric beatdown: Cyon throws multiple punches, each one causing an electric shock, then slicing the opponent with the blade of vengeance 3 times, the attack in total does 30 damage, the finisher causes Cyon to decapitate the opponent

Attack 4, Dodge and Launch: The attack is a counter, when someone tries to hit Cyon and he uses the counter he dodges the attack and sends a powerful punch, launching the player back a bit, the finisher causes an animation to play with Cyons fist getting coverd in electricity, once the attack lands The head of the opponent is obliterated

There is no Ult yet, I will make a post adding an Ult for Cyon
