Prologue - Part 2:
The office was decorated with various paintings of his predecessors. The portraits were the faces of the ancestors of Darius. The morgraine’s were respected for their services to the village.
Each of his ancestors has done their duty with full conviction. The portraits were hung in the office as a close watch to the current mayor. The rest of the office was filled with several wooden bookshelves full of old books. These books contained the knowledge needed for the mayor to manage his village well.
Darius dipped the tip of his quill in the ink as he returned to his paper. It was difficult for him to write his words down. The condition of his village was getting worse by the day…
