Well, I made a video of this, and to be honest, I don't think I enjoyed this demo as much as the old one. I mean, I complained about a few things that were actually the same as in the old demo I played. I know because I watched my old videos of this after playing it.
In my last comment, I said "redux series" because I expected the same areas, but with a lot more added to it, so it would be a multi-part series on my channel. But obviously, that was not the case.
I won't say that I think this is bad, or worse than the original (although I may have said that in the video, but remember it had been 4 years, so I couldn't remember most of the original), but with the controls and stuff being the same, maybe it's just how that and everything else, the monster, the different location, and my incompetence that just didn't mix well at the end of it all. I'll probably keep following this game to see where it goes in the final product.

So anything significantly different since I last played this 4 years ago? I was considering doing a "redux" series of this, because I recently got a new laptop that can probably play this with less quality issues now. I don't know what happened with my comment just now, but what was posted wasn't what I typed, I swear.

In the age of Enlightenment, Damien, husband and father, is returning to his home village of Blackmill after receiving a letter from his wife. Upon arrival he discovers that everything seems abandoned. Fearing for his family he enters the village and searches for clues of the events that have occurred there.
Seek: Light Through Darkness is an indie survival horror game played from a first-person perspective. A game inspired by titles such as Amnesia, Outlast, Skyrim and Cry of Fear, where exploring environments and avoiding monsters is key. The game is developed in Unreal Engine, and is currently only available for Windows.
