Today I added:

1) House 2 now belongs to Simon the craftsman, Kandice, his wife, and Alicia (Yep the girl in the forest), his daughter.  You can have a brief conversation with Kandice.

2) A new book has been added and placed.  This one is the Words of Magic and increases your magic attack by 3.

3) Thanks to my roommates help, the Fly Feather now has a message saying it can't be used when not in a dungeon and is put  back in your inventory.
