Day higher than 70 | Western Woes


Today I managed to get Ed Edgar done. But oh boy did he prove to be quite the roller-coaster! In the beginning the hat actually got easier as time went on but then it cut off the feet when I put it in the software so I had to fix that.

Plus his shirt colour kept alluding me so I had to try and get that right. But above all that was the joy of his hair! He’s one of few who doesn’t have black hair so I had to delve into the colour palette and find a suitable brown that wasn’t super dull or pasty but huzzah and hooray I finally found it and finished the sprite in record time!

Hopefully if today is anything to go by then the next few should easier!

Next up

Things are progressing nicely in terms of me getting back into the actual game making. Mark's explanatory livestream yesterday was most enlightening and shall prove useful when adding the events of Damien into the game. Until then here's pixel Actor Mark!
