Decided to rework the style of trees, also started optimizing (again)
Kinda improved the neighbor's ai, not sure. but now it seems like he loses less of a player (still modkit, still ue 4.20)

animation is difficult again aaaaaaaaa. I fell into that trap when what I want to do is TOO difficult. it can't be done to good. for this reason, I'll put it off for now, I'll start creating locations on ue5 (I don't want to draw backgrounds!!)
