Let me begin by saying this game is not done yet.
But its progressing steadily.

The Game
The aim for the game is that you manage a Hospital, accidents will happen in the city and you will need to send an Ambulance to the incident (there will be no micro management with the accidents). The ambulances will bring back patients that you need to cure. Patients might also come to your hospital by them self.

Curing Patients
When a patient comes to your hospital (not by ambulance) they will need to see a doctor they can make an appointment at the reception and walk towards the Doctors office. The Doctor will diagnose what is wrong, if it’s the first time a patient comes in with a type of illness that you have not yet researched they will need to go into an examination room there the doctor will do test doctor has identified what is wrong with the patient you can start the treatment. After the illness is discovered if another patient comes in with this illness the examination room will be skipped.

If a patient comes in by ambulance the reception and doctor step is skipped once you have built an emergency room, diagnosing an unknown illness will be done in the emergency room if the patient is brought in by ambulance (and the room is build).

Illnesses
The amount and kind of illnesses will vary trough out every playthrough there will be a random amount of level 1 injuries and illnesses and after a random amount of time a random amount of level 2 injuries and illnesses will be added etc.

The higher level will need more advance rooms this will go up to level 3 or 4 deepening what feels best gameplay wise.

I’m doing this system so that you cannot just build rooms the way you did last playthrough since you don’t known which kind of illnesses you will encounter and what rooms you will need.

Some rooms will share illnesses, a pharmacy will have multiple illnesses that require this room for a cure. But might need other rooms before the pharmacy,

Traffic system, cars will find a random end point and drive to it
AI Traffic that spawns and fills the city to make if feel alive
Accidents will happen in the city
Send an ambulance to the accident(s)

Build and remove rooms in the hospital

Done means that all big assets are places, there might still be small changes in props to give the place a better look
