Dev Blog 1# - More stuff and few things removed

After few minutes of working on the new scoring system for my game I came across on some bugs that got fixed.

New features added:

Scoring system

Collectivables(more info below)

Stuff removed:

Pause because it causes some text bugs

Now what are collectibles?

I got bored of go around, pick up keys and do nothing for score thing so I added a scoring system.

How does it work?

There are 3 collectibles that can be picked up to improve the score:

Ruby(very rare,gives you 10 points)

Gold Coin (rare, gives you 5 points)

Bronze Coin(common,gives you 1 point)

The score will reset on death and (still not tested) on new level(let’s hope not)

Bugs:

Pausing makes the points text go out of the room - fixed

So yeah that’s all for now . See ya guys with more news

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Today I tackled drawing different variations of facial expressions for one of the main characters in Eden. What do you think of it? :) Eden: https://gamejolt.com/games/Eden/592698

If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
