Progress so far and what might be coming

Hello again.

I'm almost done with coding Draco. He's so, so close. Just one more thing and he should be do. Then everything else will collisions with obstacles and bosses and projectiles, but that's pretty easy to code and I'm not too worried about that. Once he's done, the REAL action starts.

I'm gonna rework test room, into an actual intro stage to introduce, the game and the mechanics. Then I'll work on the real 1st level of the game Fungi Woods. I gotta animate the exclusive enemies in this level, and the boss himself Spoison. And I also gotta make the background too.

I might be able to get the demo done before the end of the year as planned, but if things happen (cuz that's life), the latest the demo will be released is early next year. I still gotta the music too, and of course sound effects, don't worry I haven't forgotten about them.

One last thing. As you guys know I use Procreate, to make both the art and sprites for the game. Well, the creators of Procreate, are gonna release a full time animation software called, Procreate Dreams. I'm super excited for that, because I'll be able to animate things I couldn't do in with Animation Assist in Procreate. My plan is hopefully adding simple animated scenes to the game, mainly the opening and the ending, using Procreate Dreams. But animating is pretty tough to learn, plus doing that will delay the game even further. Still this is something I'll consider doing, after learning Procreate Dreams.

I FINALLY decided on the enemies for Monster Cavern

SnotFire, the one -eyed monster, has a bad cold and will sneeze fire.

RockSmash, a rock like monster, will try to smash you and is very durable
