Night 1 is finished coding; I still need to program the remaining nights, which will be even more challenging.

After the nights are finished, voice recordings (the calls) will begin. Most of the voices will be done with AI for the characters.

And the custom night might be based on the last three different nights (they won't be 100% canon, but they will have an ending that concludes the story).

To avoid plot holes, this third revival will have cutscenes for each night you win (and there might be minigames).

The game is on the right track, and I promise you the same thing won't happen with NABB2.
