Devblog 1


Hey, and welcome to my first devblog for Fusionworks Inc.!

Here’s what’s done so far:

  • Added a lazy main menu. Buttons expand on hover.

  • Used the Daniel_UK voice synthesis as a temporary announcer voice until I can get a real announcer.

  • Designed a burnt-out neon-light logo in the first level.

  • Added an elevator to get to 1B.

  • Added scene fading.

Here’s what’s been fixed recently:

  • Camera no longer stutters.

  • Physics no longer stutter-bounce, where the player will bounce into the air or stop walking after walking into a specific tile.

  • Jumping isn’t broken anymore.

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
