Devblog 3: Drones and improvements

After playing a lot lately, I realized that having your teammate getting killed or shooting the wrong guy is pretty annoying so I tried to improve that.

Rounds no longer end if someone gets killed or a cops kill a NPCs, the involved player will instead respawn as a quadcopter, being able to spectate the remaining round and help his teammates out. These drones can be shot down, and will respawn at their teams spawn, they also have different colors depending from which team they are (blue for cops, yellowish for robbers).

Detectives now work correctly and can check if a character is a disguised robber or a NPCs once a round by pressing the ability key (standard: E), resulting in an onscreen-notification.

I also nerfed the Scout class, they climb slower with the grappling hook now and the rope gets correctly displayed for all players.

I buffed the technican, he can now also silently destroy jewelry glasses additionally to the ceiling glass.

I also improved the hit registration greatly, now every shot that hits someone should do damage as expected, and increased the fire rate of the rifle and SMG aswell as the damage of the sniper rifle, so gunplay should feel a lot better now.

I fixed a lot of other bugs (second flying helic not working correctly for example) and improved the UI to make the game easier to understand aswell, have fun!
