Development Grind

Hey fellas! Long time, no see!

I want to apologize for how quiet I have been, a LOT has happened as of late. I am here to explain a bit of things when it comes down to why development has taken so long, however I DO want to share a few things that have been worked on during development.

So, I have taken up a LOT of responsibility in many different places, so I have been kind of spread thin. Because of this, I have gotten a few more people on board to help with this project and they have been a HUGE help.

If you have noticed recently, a few new faces were added to the game page! The ones helping me pull the major parts of the project along right now are @Radical_Rendy , @GlitchyGlitched, @Sunset64 , @SherryZMax ! They have been helping me a LOT with many different things relating to this project, especially polishing up many different loose ends.

Glitchy has been working at recoding the game since I unfortunately am not the greatest of coders, so he has been adjusting things, updating, and finetuning a LOT. He is basically recoding the game from the ground up! PN_Cherryz is helping out with spritework and is making the process of creating the minigames much faster. Rendy has been very kind to help out when it comes to modelling last minute things and retexturing older objects. And finally, Sunset has been helping to polish up areas like UI, especially in the title screen! Martin has also been working on composing the soundtrack of the maingame and is doing very good right now.

Needless to say, things are coming together!

I'd talk about more but I cannot say too much right now as there just isn't enough warranting me dropping another major update post, but I will share a few things from development below (NOTE: Gameplay screenshot is slightly outdated as UI is subject to change):

I would talk more but there isn't really much else I can say.
Hope you all still enjoyed this post!

Special thanks to my man Yikoon for making the art featured in this post! Its an edited version of one of the game over screens! (Yes, I said one. There's one for each character :)) Here is the full thing:

Thanks for reading! I'll be see you all soon!
