Today’s announcement, really tonight because I’m typing when it’s 9:27 PM(Evening) at the moment, is that the “Wall Jump Off” mechanic is finished! Woo!
I’m planning to export soon it so that this will be an early access but not at the moment because it’s 9:31 PM at the moment and I should go to sleep right now. Oh and the the reason why I’m quoting the “Wall Jump Off” mechanic is that it’s kinda like the combination of that mechanic that you see in Ori and the Blind Forest where once you get the Wall Jump ability and you hold spacebar to wall jump but it lasts for ever. Not planning to put a limit on how much you can hold the spacebar at the moment because that means messing around with variables and I don’t want to go to that rabbit hole at the moment. I just want to get the basics done with.
And also the reason why I will not put a variable-based health system in the future.
So basicaly you’ll die in one shot once I implement death.
That goes to everyone in this game. It’s just that some respawn in one way or the other way like the player will. In the beginning.
