Development Report #3 – September '19
UCN Version 0.4.5

It's been so long...

Well... greetings, fellas! You thought the game is dead? Sike! So, what's a current state of developing?

Skills

Skills is almost done. I hated this part SO FREAKING MUCH! There is 4 basic skills and 1 ultimate combo for each character, as you remember. You can level up these skills by using them. Got leveled up all 4 skills to level 2? Congratulations, you've got combo skill leveled up. So, that's it. Update will be out in October-November. Stay tuned!

New project

I had an idea to make another jRPG game. You're goin' deep into the dungeon. Death is the part of your journey. If you die you'll just be teleported to the hub. Buy better armor and weapon and go again. Dungeons of Eternity. This is the title of this game. Developing will go parallelly with UCND. Here is a little sneak peek of hub.

Social medias

I also made 2 social medias to make more info about developing progress: Twitter and Patreon. In Pateron you can help me with developing by your donating $1 or more. Thank you!

So. I hope you're still waiting. I just want to make my games perfect. Cya next month.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Why walk when you can jump?

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

"Day to Day" (also check spud out here he's a great guy and writer: https://soundcloud.com/spudward)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Here's a Fredbear sprite i made in Aseprite! I'm pretty proud of this!

(Btw, sorry for the double post! I'll try to post less)
