Development Slowdown & Engine Change

Hello! On the article below i'll be explaining alot of the changes currently taking place in the development of the game.

As of today, the game runs on Game Maker Studio 2 engine, which is a simple practical engine to use in indie game development. However, our license for the engine is to soon expire. While GameMaker isn't a bad engine, it takes alot of effort and time to pull up a good game out of it. We've therefore decided to change the engine to Unity.

With that being said, the game up to it's current progress in GameMaker will have to be recoded in Unity. Progress is already being made, however, since we currently only have one active programmer, we'll be slowing our development, probably from weekly commits and devlogs, to monthly (wen it's possible).

The game however, is *not* cancelled! Development will continue, but, as sorry as we are to say this, not as active as before.

Thanks all of you for supporting us. If you think you can support us even further, please consider contacting us in our Discord or in the GameJolt platform itself.
