Development Week 3


Development on Vardrik is coming along very nicely, I really couldn’t be more pleased. Attack animations, death effects, running and jumping, so many things are starting to come together right now. I’m still working on ideas for a new UI, but at this time there are more pressing matters at hand…

Like environments! I’ve uploaded a quick video re-cap of some of this weeks new additions which includes the newest ‘street’ scene. This scene took me nearly 3 days to complete, but helped me learn a lot about environment development. The next scene I am working on is already nearly 50% done and I’ve only spent a few hours on it. From here scene production will probably only take a few hours each.
