Welcome to the fourth devlog of Devil’s Punishment! We intend to have weekly updates for everyone to see, so stay tuned with us and read what we have to show for this week.
We’re sorry for the late update! This is because we’ve had many changes and replacements in our team, these include the whole change of our programming team and half of our 3D Artists.
Programming
Our current programmers are re-working the map generation system and are also working in various other mechanics for the game, such as the infection mechanic. Our main menu has also been already programmed and some events related to the generator room.
Modeling & Animations
Our modelers have finished the light device upgrade, they have finished the parasite model and continue to work in the generator and exit rooms.
Also our animator has finished all the animations for the prisoner character, he has now moved to the animations of the parasite creature.

Art
Our artist is nearly done with the spider concept.
Sound Design
Our sound designers are currently working in new footstep sound effects, new sound effects for the parasite and there’s a new soundtrack in the making.
Game Design
There are no news in the game design department.
