DEVLOG 01 - Time to talk about real bussiness!


Straight to the point, how is the development going?


The game's development is going quite well, to be honest. Many things are already ready, and the main plans for the game are in place. Much of the content being worked on right now is related to programming, in this case the sound production, since it is a very necessary part and, given the nature of the game, it needs to be polished quite a bit.

We have to be transparent: the AI for Foxy and Balloon Boy is already finished and functional, and the basis for the AI for Freddy and Puppet is already there and ready to be implemented. But as I said, I'm working on the sound section so that we can continue in a more solid way and program sounds for all the mechanics, something more interesting, you know. The rest of the main gameplay and mechanics are already finished and functional, but of course, with no animatronics other than Foxy and BB to use those mechanics on, the game is in a playable state where you can spend a night with BB and Foxy on maximum difficulty completely normally (well, not quite normally, because many sounds are missing).

Will there be a demo?

In simple terms, yes, of course, it would take me time to finish programming the rest of the animatronics and make extra cinematics and mini-games, so, thanks to the fact that I programmed the game in a way that allows me to easily export a demo, so yeah a demo is coming!, when will it be ready? Well, when the sound section is finished and the AI for four animatronics is ready, it's that simple (the hard part is programming them, lol).


I think that's enough for a Devlog. News regarding the game's development will be a little slower, or faster, because I have a lot of work and I'm busy most of the time, But do not worry, I WILL release this game. It is time to take more responsibility for the projects I am leading, so you will soon learn more about Into Madness.
