Progress on the game has been slow, so here's a summary of what we have done so far.
The Sprites
One of the first things that were made for the game were the sprites, including the combat interface, some attacks, and the Sans, who have even been animated, we're doing well.
The programming
The game is still in its early stages of development, with @Geo_Dash managing to make a playable battle engine, a beta of the main menu, and other tests we have been conducting. Here are some previews of what has been done so far.
The plan
It is planned that the battle will be continuous, a survival fangame (for now), and that all attacks will be consecutive, something like Bad Time Trio or Last Breath Phase 3. This is because there are 4 Sans (plus a cameo), and it works out better this way, following the rhythm of the song for each attack. Each Sans has their own abilities different from one another, and they will combine moves to make it more dynamic. The idea is simple; we might add some sort of add-on after the release (or at the launch, we're not sure yet) of the complete game, which includes a bonus battle based on the song "The_Judging_has_Begun" by lamaboss0, featuring No AU's Still Bad, Possession/just a megalovania, and all that's left as antagonist. Things are still being planned, but the idea is taking more shape. We will now focus on designing the attack patterns so they can be programmed.
