-WELCOME TO THE FIRST WEEK OF 'mirrorbringer' DEVELOPMENT-
Gameplay:
The gameplay loop I wanted for the game is fairly simple: the mirror gives you a prompt, like "Bring me what the mind refuses to believe". You then have to recycle a bunch of items, until you find one that suits best. There are 2 correct answers and one most correct. Depending on your answer, you get a currency called "RAM". which you can use to buy upgrades, which I'll get to in a second. You have a certain amount of time to pick an item, otherwise... you FAIL!
Upgrades:
I've been working with Millanote on brainstorming, and I would 100% recommend it. Anyways, I used this app to make a chart for all the upgrades, their cost, and what they would do. For example, "Focus" decreases chances for distractions, along with more time from the timer.
Here are some artwork I made for the "Clarity" page:

Audio:
I've partnered up with @Sckiiv for this project, and he's been doing an amazing job as a VA. I've also been creating A LOT of music for the game, since I want there to be... A LOT of music...
Artwork and Concepts:
Originally, I planned for a much darker tone with this game, instead of this silly little goober.

I was going to make it less "futuristic" and more "typical haunted house" if you know what I mean.
Also, it's (the character above) official name is... MIKE!!!!!
Playtesters:
I am gonna need at least ONE play tester for the game, since I don't have one yet. If anyone is interested, my discord is: "twosideee".
Anyways, that's all for the first week, and I've got a LOT more to share next week once I finish up gameplay.
