DEVLOG #1


Hello and welcome to our first Devlog! Everything you are about to see is a INSANE WORK IN PROGRESS and is NOT the FINAL product! We have a few things to show off so ill get right to it.

1) A WORLD REIMAGINED

We wanted to make the world feel a lot more alive. So we changed the world, the lighting and the sprites/tiles to give the world a more open, and cleaner look. This way we can have more ways to show off the catacombs of ruins and all future places in Iconoclasm!

2) RUINS CITY

Due to story reasons (which i wont explain in this post) The human will find themselves in the heart of the ruins city. As night time begins to set in all of the cities monsters begin to settle in. The streets aren't too active but you may see a guard or person out...

The city will be shown off in our Chapter Reveal: The World In Ruins but for now take this VERY early screenshot of the town!

3) BATTLE SYSTEM

As said before. Iconoclasm's battle system is pretty visually different from any other game. But fundamentally the system you know and love. Well, for now... we might add some mechanics later.

We will show off the battle system in its full glory another time but we wanted to take this moment to show everyone how it looks and the format it'll take for future posts, and of course, in the game.

4) LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS!

Not sure if i have ever said this publicly but you can earn and track achievements in iconoclasm. (WIP btw)
