Pits, Luigi

I’ve been implementing a pit system, where if you fall into it, you loose life and then respawn nearby. The respawn point is decided based on the distance to different spawn points positioned arround the pits (we choose the closest to where the player fell).

I also started testing a bit the first version of the Boss, thinking in how to make the rig and doing some test animations.

Despite having the flu these last days, I have been able to finish the boss in statue mode, and I have continued with the mushroom, to which only remains to add more personality, and to make him a more distinctive enemy.

I have also made a very simple new trap, the dart thrower

I had some spare time this week so I have continued designing new weapons, and preparing a promotional concept for our beloved main character: The Balance.

Problems - Luigi, Alberto and Julio

We’ve made almost no progress this week due to many version control problems. So we have spent most of the time fixing stuff instead of working on new stuff.

Fortunately we’ve found that Unity’s Collaborate service is available for free and it seems to work really well for the moment.

First enemy animations and skins So we are now testing some of the basic animations and skins for a basic enemy that will apear in the game. All of them are made with Spine :)
