The new charcater comes from the temple grounds - devlog 15 ( I think) - you isn't associated to any task - he's a wise man that remembers the old days of the planet and will help you out with knowing your purpose there and what do you need to find to go back home and make the planet prosperous again. ( I will be making more posts about the lore aswell so follow for that too :D )

Devlog:16 Ok I have transformed the 5th chunk of a planet... into temple grounds! This one is still unfinished I'm going to add a lot of other vegetation and smoke to the whole planet - chimney smoke etc, Follow and like to support the Bilby project ;D
