Unnecessary? Most likely, but it's fun.
The Office Editor lets you upload images directly from your pc into the game to use as props and decor for the office. Literally no practical use, but if you're gonna be spending a lot of time in one room, might as well make it look as nice as you can.
Or fill it with random meme garbage, that works too.
