(Yes, translation work is still in progress.)
It’s time for the second devlog!
Has it really been half a year? Wow.
A lot has happened since then.
Core, Hydna, pisi76, snowland, and chqh have joined the team!
Each of them is working on sprites, music, and coding.
Before this, there were only four members on the team, including me.
Development was going smoothly…
Well, it was!
That is, until the direction of the game changed.
That’s right!
The game’s direction has completely shifted.
It used to follow a style based on the original Undertale,
but now it feels more like a proper fangame.
Because of that, everything has changed.
Sprites? Music? Attack patterns?
All of it.
However, there is one piece of bad news:
I can no longer focus solely on this game.
Honestly,
the past few months have been some of the busiest in my life.
But there’s good news too!
The newly reworked Phase 1 is about halfway complete.
Thanks to snowland’s pattern work
(and yes, I made sure it’s a bit easier in difficulty).

We’ve also got some amazing new music and sprites!

As for the canceled old build,
I might release it separately in the future.
It had its own unique charm.
Another update—though not exactly good news—
is that the overall content has been slightly reduced.
The Asgore fight in New Home has been removed.
This game will likely focus only on the battle with Sans.
I do plan to make Asgore’s fight into a separate game in the future.
The workload I have to handle has increased a lot…
Also, the game will support Korean!
(All team members are Korean.)
There are no plans to add other languages for now.
Phase 2 has also been completely reworked!
(Though it’s still in development, so not final yet.)

This game means a lot to me.
Even if it takes time, I really want to finish it.
Thank you to everyone who’s been waiting for this game!
